Summary
In this study, we comprehensively compared the changes in adipose tissue from 1 week (7 d) to 4 weeks (28 d) postnatally. To analyze the different cell groups and how their amount and function vary along with developmental time, we collected iWAT from 7-, 14-, 18-, 21-, and 28-day-old mice and enzymatically disassociated the tissues into single cells and performed single-cell RNA sequencing.
