Summary
Human colorectal cancer cell line HCT116 was purchased from ATCC (Manassas, VA, USA). They were transduced with lentiviruses encoding control shRNA or CMTM6 shRNA. Cells were collected for RNA isolation and RNA sequencing. The goal of this study is to identify genes transcriptionally regulated by CMTM6 knockdown.
