Summary
Chronic methamphetamine abuse induced cognitive decline is a frequent neuropsychiatric disorder with few effective treatments, who threatens human health and social stability and brings huge economic burden to society. We analyzed heterogeneity of mouse hippocampal cells under chronic methamphetamine treatment by scRNAseq to provide new molecular mechanisms of methamphetamine neurotoxicity and reliable, effective and accurate therapeutic targets.
