Characterization of the role of SETDB1 in Muscle stem cells during skeletal muscle regeneration [ChIP-seq]

GSE253437 Mus musculus Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing 4 samples Submitted 2024/03/23 Platform GPL19057
Summary
We are characterizing the role of an H3K9 histone methyltransferase. As these proteins have the capacity to modulate chromatin, we investigate the chromatin modulation using H3K9Me3 Chip-seq.
