The effects of a low isoleucine diet on the liver expression of aged C57BL/6J.Nia mice of both sexes

GSE254721 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 36 samples 2024/09/17 GPL24247
Summary
Dietary isoleucine is a significant determinant of metabolic health and longevity. In this study, we found that even at an advanced age, both male and female mice received significant metabolic benefits from a low isoleucine diet. We collected liver tissues for transcriptomic analysis and the results found that the majority of age-driven changes is ameliorated with the administration of low isoleucine diet.
