Single-cell analysis defines heterogenous differentiation pathways of human innate T cells

GSE254975 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing; Other 8 samples Submitted 2025/07/21 Platform GPL24676
Summary
MAIT, NKT and γδ T cells are innnate-like T cells developed from thymic tissue. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to profile transcriptomic landscape of innate-like T cells in human thymus.
