Summary
The aim of this study was to evaluate genetic differences between lymphedema, lymph node transfer and lymph node transfer with ABTAA treatment mouse model using NGS-derived transcriptase profiling (RNA-seq) and quantitative reverse transcriptase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) methods in mouse fat tissue.
