Summary
Whole transcriptome sequencing of postnatal mouse brain Neural Stem Cells (NSCs) cultured for three days in serum-free media, in the presence (proliferation conditions) or absence (differentiation conditions) of growth factors EFG and FGF2, as well as when co-cultured with mouse platelets (in a ratio of 75 platelets per NSC) in the absence of growth factors.
