Summary
To investigate the in vivo effects of DPTIP during WNV infection in a mouse model, we compared infected mice with WNV NY99 treated with DPTIP or vehicle and uninfected (mock) mice. DPTIP is a pro-dug that targets mouse nSMASE. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq from infected-vehicle mice, uninfected mice and infected DPTIP-treated mice
