Summary
Cellular senescence has been implicated in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) pathogenesis. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze gene expressions in bronchial epthelium, finding increased expression of cellular senescence signature in COPD samples.
