Summary
Regulatory T cells (Treg) have a critical role in immunosuppression to delay the course of NAFLD, and CD73 is known as a functional molecule highly expressed by Treg. However, the role and the mechanism of CD73 modulating Treg in the pathogenesis of NAFLD is still unknown.
