CD73 enhances hepatic Treg functions by enzymatic and non-enzymatic pathways in NAFLD development [CUT&Tag]

GSE257555 Mus musculus Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing 4 samples Submitted 2026/08/01 Platform GPL24247
Summary
CD73 is known as a functional molecule highly expressed by Treg and increasing after FFA (free fatty acids) stimulated. We found that FFA upregulated the transcription factor Gata2 expression in Treg. CUT&Tag assay was performed to investigate the Gata2 binding promoter sites in Treg.
