Summary
We enriched expanded MAIT cells in PBMCs from healthy donor upon the stimulation of 5-OP-RU/MR1 tetramer with/without GCDCA/TCDCA/UDCA through flow sorting to perform next-generation sequencing (NGS). Illumina mRNA-seq sample preparation kit was used to perform paired-end library sequencing with illumina nova seq and sequence analysis was determined using the Illumina data analysis pipeline.
