Summary
This study was to test the efficacy of a humanized monoclonal antibody, IC100 for ASC, an apoptosis-associated speck-like protein containing a caspase recruitment domain that is pivotal in inflammasome assembly, in the prevention and treatment of an oxygen-induced retinopathy (OIR) mouse model.
