Summary
Cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) are reported to remodel the extracellular matrix to modulate immune escape and tumor progression. We performed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to evaluate whether aberrant expression of TXNDC5 in CAFs modulates the tumor immune system.
