GSE26194 Mus musculus (mouse) Non-coding RNA profiling 14 samples Submitted 2011/11/01 Platform GPL8180
At a glance

Non-coding RNA profiling · mouse · 14 samples

What it is
Non-coding RNA profilingLevels of RNAs that do not code for proteins, such as miRNA or lncRNA.
Organism
Mus musculus (mouse)
Samples
14 samples
Data you can get
A processed expression table (series matrix) and the array files, from NCBI.
Summary (written by the submitters)
Analysis of miRNA modulated by H2O2 treatment in murine fibroblasts. The hypothesis in the present study is that stress balance the level of some miRNAs. These particular miRNAs may target key proteins involved in stress and thus modulate cellular response to stress.

1 · Just have a look

Processed table

The series matrix: one table of values per sample as the submitters processed it. The smallest download, and it opens in Excel or R. Start here to see what the data look like.

2 · Re-analyse it

Supplementary files

The count tables and other files the authors uploaded. Take only the samples you need.

All supplementary files ↗
3 · The original raw files

Whole study · RAW.tar

Everything the authors deposited as one archive (GSE26194_RAW.tar), including the raw array or instrument files. Can be large; the picker in step 2 takes just the samples you need.

Also filed as BioProject PRJNA135025. Searching any of these in the dataset finder brings you back here.
