Transcriptomes during monocyte-to-macrophage differentiation and BCG induced trained immunity in vitro

GSE262098 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 21 samples 2025/04/30 GPL28038
Summary
Trained immunity is the phenomenon whereby innate immune cells such as monocytes or macrophages undergo functional reprogramming after exposure to certain microbial components, altering their responses to future exposures. This study examined the transcriptional remodeling during BCG induced trained immunity in human primary monocytes.
