Brain-infiltrating CD4 T cells drive inflammatory microglia proliferation during cryptococcal meningitis in mice

GSE262502 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 5 samples Submitted 2025/03/01 Platform GPL19057
Summary
An examination of the heterogeneity of myeloid cell subsets in the fungal-infected brain, comparing early and late time points post-infection. We focus on Cryptococcus neoformans infection for these studies, since this is the most common cause of fungal brain infection in humans.
