Summary
In this study, we carried out experiments using commercially available human testicular primary cells - hTPc (Celprogen, CA, USA), obtained from a 25-years old Caucasian man with normal karyotype 46,XY. To characterize the hTP cells, we used the commercial total RNA obtained from normal testicular tissues with preserved spermatogenesis (n=3) (Clontech Laboratories; Agilent Life Technologies, Carlsbad, CA, USA; Ambion Life Technologies, Carlsbad, CA, USA)
