Summary
To investigate the function T and B cells in SARS-CoV-2 infection, we utilized Rag2-/- mice and infected them with a mouse adapted strain of SARS-CoV-2 virus (MA30) We then performed gene expression analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of the lungs of 3 Rag2+/+ and 3 Rag2-/- mice at 3 days post-infection (DPI) with MA30.
