RNA-Seq analysis of mouse neural stem cells with or wihtout DMTF1 knockdown.

GSE263967 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 9 samples Submitted 2025/10/15 Platform GPL21103
Summary
Neural stem cells (NSCs) contribute to embryonic brain development and adult brain homeostasis via their unique properties of self-renewal and differentiation. The Cyclin D binding Myb‑like transcription factor 1 (DMTF1) is reported to be a tumor supressor gene in cancer cells. However, the role of DMTF1 in NSCs is poorly understood. The aim of this study is to determine the role of Dmtf1 in NSCs and elucidate the underlying mechanism.
