Stimulation of TRPV1+ sensory nerves at nape induces significant alterations in gene expression in the spleen

GSE264378 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 12 samples 2025/01/18 GPL24247
Summary
RNA-seq analysis was performed to characterize the transcriptional changes in the spleen triggered by distinct treatments. Capsaicin (CAP) treatment not only induced anti-inflammatory effects in inflamed states but also inhibited the immune response under normal physiological conditions.
