Summary
To study Aqp5 functions in pyloric cancer stem cells, we isolated GFP+ putative stem cells and GFP- tumour epithelial cells from Aqp5 wildtype and Aqp5 knockout pyloric mouse tumours to understand the functions of Aqp5 in these cancer stem cells.
