Auranofin as a novel anticancer drug for anaplastic thyroid cancer

GSE266999 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 8 samples Submitted 2024/10/24 Platform GPL21697
Summary
To explore the functional roles of deregulated genes in thyroid cancer, Gene Ontology Biological Process (GOBP) and KEGG enrichment analyses were conducted on the overlapping upregulated and downregulated mRNAs. The results of the GOBP analysis suggested significant enrichment in extracellular matrix organization, positive regulation of gene expression, and multicellular organism development. The biological pathways in KEGG were mainly enriched in ECM-receptor interactions, amoebiasis, steroid biosynthesis, and focal adhesions
