Single-cell profiling of penta- and tetradactyl mouse limb buds identifies early mesenchymal progenitors required to specify digit numbers and asymmetry

GSE267005 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 9 samples Submitted 2025/01/10 Platform GPL24247
Summary
Developing limb cells are heterogeneous. We used single cell RNA sequencing to compare a wildtype limb to two different Grem1 tetradactyl mutants at E10.75 and found differences in populations.
