Summary
As the main type of primary liver cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) seriously endangers human health. UBE2S is upregulated in human HCC tissue and associated with poor prognosis. To explore the biological functions and molecular mechanisms of UBE2S in HCC cells, we explored the effects of UBE2S knockout on Huh7 cells using RNA-seq.
