Single cell RNA-seq analysis of Induced Stem-Cell-Derived islets

GSE268013 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 7 samples Submitted 2026/02/26 Platform GPL24676
Summary
The generation of pancreatic islet cells from human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) holds promise for cell replacement therapies for diabetes. To further analyse the characteristics of hPSC-islets and compare to primary human islets, we performed single cell RNA-seq analysis of cells sampled from cell preparation prior to transplant.
