Summary
We used a new technology, named Paired-Damage, to perform simultaneous profiling of DNA oxidative damage and transcriptome on Hela cells and mouse cortex at single-cell level. We also performed matched damagenome, ATAC-seq and RNA-seq of Hela cells at bulk level.
