Summary
We were interested in transcriptional changes after depletion of histone acetyltransferase KAT2A in human colorectal cancer. Therefore, we utilized HT29 cells and a patient-derived CRC 3D spheroid line (CRC3) as model, and analyzed global alterations of gene expression.
