Summary
To evaluate 3PO-induced changes on cellular transcriptomes in a more advanced in vitro model, patient-derived organoids (PDOs) of three different patients were treated with 30 µM 3PO for 24h and their RNA was extracted and sequenced. Next, the resulting gene expression data were interpreted by Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA).
