Summary
We performed siRNA-mediated knockdown of Rab35 GTPase in primary mouse hepatoblasts during their differentiation into hepatocytes and analyzed changes in gene expression profiles in cells treated with Rab35 or control (Luciferase) siRNA at the final day of the culture.
