Single cell RNA sequencing of human primary glioblastoma

GSE271379 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 5 samples Submitted 2024/10/01 Platform GPL24676
Summary
Glioblastoma (GBM) is the most lethal form of central nervous system cancer with a median survival of less than 2 years. Here, we examined the single-cell transcriptomes of primary GBM excised tumors from five different patients to explore the underlying mechanisms of GBM development.
