Erianin induces GSDMD-dependent pyroptosis and synergistically enhances doxorubicin efficacy via the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway in Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma

GSE271516 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2026/07/01 Platform GPL23227
Summary
Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is the most common type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma, characterized by high aggressiveness and rapid growth.Erianin, a natural compound derived from the Chinese herb Dendrobium, has been proven to have anti-cancer effects in some types of cancer, but its role and mechanism in DLBCL have not yet been reported. Therefore, this study aims to investigate whether Erianin can be a potential therapeutic drug for DLBCL.RNAseq was performed on SU-DHL-8 cells after treating with 100nM Erianin or DMSO for 24 h.
