Unveiling Cancer-Related Metaplastic Cells in Both Helicobacter pylori Infection and Autoimmune Gastritis

GSE271866 Homo sapiens; Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 7 samples Submitted 2024/09/25 Platform GPL24676Platform GPL24247
Summary
We used 10X 5' single cell RNA sequencing (scRNAseq) technology to examine the transcriptional profiles of distinct gastric metaplastic cell types within the gastric corpus of mice chronically infected with Helicobacter pylori or chronically inflamed with autoimmune gastritis and humans with autoimmune gastritis.
