Spinal cord organoids derived from human amniotic fluid iPSC recapitulate the diversity of cell phenotypes during fetal neural tube morphogenesis

GSE271944 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 4 samples Submitted 2025/07/10 Platform GPL24676
Summary
We developed spinal cord organoids (SCOs) as an in vitro modeling system to help understand the pathophysiology of the spinal cord in myelomeningocele (MMC). The cell types and development of these SCOs was examined with scRNA sequencing.
