Investigate the role of B cell in response to anti-PD1 + anti-CTLA in hepatocellular carcinoma

GSE272309 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 21 samples 2025/09/20 GPL24247
Summary
B cells may play a critical role in the response to immune checkpoint inhibitor treatment. To investigate the mechanisms, we performed RNA-seq analysis on mouse hepatocellular carcinoma by depleting B-cells and treating with anti-PD1 and anti-CTLA4.
