This dataset comprises single-cell RNA-sequencing data of two orthotopically xenografted desmoplastic small round cell tumor (DSRCT) cell lines (JN-DSRCT-1 and SK-DSRCT2) after posttranscriptional knockdown of EWSR1::WT1 fusion oncogene.
