Summary
We induced de novo brain tumor in immunocompetent genetically engineered mouse models EGFRvIII, Nf1 and PDGFB KO mice of both genders. We isolated brain tumor cells at the end stage in these mice and performed scRNA seq on these cells to compare their functional differences. scRNA demonstrated the distinct Tumor, Myeloid and Lymphoid cell population. PDGFB sample shows the higher proliferation and Wnt5a ligand expression and Nf1 showed the more mesenchymal type.
