Effect of BMP signaling levels on foregut specification during directed differentiation of BU3 NGPT human induced pluripotent stem cells

GSE274939 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 9 samples Submitted 2025/08/15 Platform GPL30173
Summary
To investigate the dose dependent effects of BMP signaling on foregut organ domain specification, we treated hiPSC derived definitive endoderm with 0μM, 1μM or 2μM of BMP inhibitor DSM during days 3-6 of directed differentiation. We then preformed gene expression analysis of D6 samples between the 3 treatment groups using data generated from the RNA seq
