Summary
We take advantage of in vitro-derived motor neurons as a paradigm to investigate the cellular level during motor neuron differentiation. In this study, to uncover the abundantly expressed gene in the development of spinal motor neuron, we characterize transcriptomic signatures of HuES (human embryonic stem cell) derived motor neuron .
