snRNA sequencing on the brain tissue of cecal ligation and puncture (CLP) and Sham mice.

GSE275479 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2025/05/26 Platform GPL24247
Summary
Sepsis is a life-threatening condition that often leads to multi-organ dysfunction and energy dysruption. To explore the cellular response of the mouse brain during sepsis, we employed snRNA sequencing to profile differentially expressed genes (DEGs) across various brain cell types.
