Functions of histone crotonylation in early mouse embryos by RNA-seq

GSE276707 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 18 samples 2025/05/08 GPL21493
Summary
Echs1 plays important roles in histone lysine crotonylation. Although it has been studied in many systems, its functions in early embryos remain unclear. In this study, we knocked down Echs1 in mouse oocytes and examined its impact on transcriptome in early mouse embryos.
