Summary
Total RNA was isolated from matched primary mammary tumors and lung metastases from MMTV-Myc, MMTV-Her2 and C3TAg mouse models on homozygous FVB backgrounds. Primary tumors and lung metastases were also isolated from MMTV-PyMT on (AKR/J x FVB/NJ0, (BALB/cJ x FVB/NJ) and (SEA/GnJ x FVB/NJ)F1 animals. RNA-sequencing was performed to examine the expression differences of the primary tumors and lung metastases.
