Phosphorylated-Ser807 STAT6 protects macrophages from senescence

GSE278458 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 9 samples Submitted 2025/12/08 Platform GPL24247
Summary
STAT6 play a key role in homeostasis of macrophages. We identified a new modification of STAT6 at Ser807, which may contribute to STAT6 function. Thus, we generated STAT6 point mutant mice (S807A and S807E). We sequenced the mRNA of macrophages from these mutant mice to rule out the function of the specific phosphorylation.
