ATAC-seq analysis of WT and Pik3cdE1020K/+ in vitro polarizaed mouse Th2 cells

GSE278564 Mus musculus Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2025/10/01 Platform GPL24247
Summary
Activating mutations in the PI3K-delta gene result in a primary immunodeficiency called Activated PI3K delta syndrome. Using a mouse model of APDS (Pik3cdE1020K/+) we sought to understand the role of PI3K-delta hyperactivation in regulating chromatin accessibility. Here we performed ATAC-seq analysis of in vitro polarized WT and Pik3cdE1020K/+ Th2 cells.
