Summary
This RNA-sequencing study was designed to characterize transcriptional changes induced by hypoxia in MCF-7 breast cancer cells and to identify hypoxia-responsive genes and pathways associated with ZNF207 signaling. MCF-7 cells were cultured under normoxic conditions or exposed to 2% O₂ for 24 h, with three independent biological replicates per condition. Differential expression and pathway enrichment analyses were performed to compare the two conditions. The dataset itself does not contain drug-treated samples. Findings from separate functional assays in the associated manuscript indicate that ZNF207 is linked to breast cancer progression and chemotherapy response.
