Summary
This experiment was designed to study the functional differences of Tfh cells between the rheumatoid arthritis patients and healthy control participants. To achieve these goals, we performed flow sorting and enriched Tfh cells from peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC). We then performed scRNA seq analysis to compare the transcriptomic profiles of Tfh cells from different patient conditions.
