Summary
To reveal the molecular mechanisms underlying DRP1-mediated macrophage reprogramming during hypoxia serum starvation (HSS) an in vitro ischemia model, we performed bulk RNA-seq analysis on mouse bone marrow derived macrophages (BMDM) upon HSS-induced DRP1 mediated macrophage reprogramming.
