Summary
mRNA profiles of primary mouse chondrocytes exposed to senescence stress (bleomycin, doxorubicin) or acute inflammation (interleukin-1 beta) were generated by mRNA sequencing. This study provides transcriptome landscape of senescent chondrocytes.
