Adenosine to Inosine RNA editing level in mouse lungs from Adar1 K999N mutants or hypoxia-exposed mice

GSE281540 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 9 samples Submitted 2025/10/08 Platform GPL13112
Summary
Hypoxia is a PH trigger which significantly downregulates ADAR1 and reduces A-to-(I)G editing in mouse lungs. Mice have Adar1 misssense mutation K999N were used to determine specific ADAR1-specific RNA editing sites in lungs. We performed RNA sequencing on the lung tissues isolated from mice carrying Adar1 K999N mutations and exposed to 3 week hypoxia.
